Update timewarrior on focal (20.04LTS)

Could the package timewarrior (https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=timewarrior) be upgraded to the most recent version (currently 1.4.3)?

We often receive bug reports from users which installed the bundled version (1.2.0), but these bugs have already been fixed in the newer versions.

Additionally you have to be aware that Ubuntu is copying packages from Debian, and they also do not have version 1.4.3 yet

First step for getting the new version into Ubuntu is creating a bug report in the Debian bug tracker, that they upgrade their version.
