How can I set up translations for tickr package in launchpad ?

Hello,
I'm the original maintainer of the 'tickr' package and I've been asked by people willing to translate it to set up translations on Launchpad. How can I do that?

Thanks. I already own project: https://launchpad.net/news but as the name has been changed to 'tickr', can I register a new project named 'tickr' (would be: https://launchpad.net/tickr) and merge the first?

Actually, I'd like the first project (https://launchpad.net/news) to have the new URL (https://launchpad.net/tickr), without having duplicated stuff, but I don't think it's possible.

In case you have suggestions, please just let me know.

Not sure about merge and renaming, maybe ask experts on irc #launchpad-dev.

It seems project renaming can be requested at: https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+addquestion so I'm gonna try that.
