enable lzo compression for snap

Hi,

I'd suggest to enable lzo compression in the thunderbird snap as I have seen a relevant increase in startup times compared to the default xz compression. Thanks!

@m-hampl While it worked out OK, launchpad ubuntu/+source/thunderbird _is_ the contact for this snap (usually reported as a bug with the snap tag set), redirecting them to the forum is arguably wrong.
