in thunderbird, when I add mail account, stacking email provider step

in thunderbird, when I add mail account, stacking email provider step and if I select manual configuration, thunderbird can't test mail server. I tried gmail account... What can I do?

Can you give the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy thunderbird

if you rename ~/.mozilla/thunderbird then rerun the app, is it ok?

nope. ~/.mozilla/thunderbird is not exist. I copied ~/.thunderbird to ~/.mozilla/thunderbird, and I changed name ~/.thunderbird to ~/.thunderbird222. So, still stacking...

Problem solved. How I don't know but I can add mail account right now. Thanks for your support. :)
