after upgrading from 11.04 to 11.10 i lost all my saved folders in thunderbird, i used thunderbird before the upgrade.

I used tthunderbird before upgrading from ubuntu 11.04 to 11.10

I have a huge amount of saved documents and emails that has gone lost, my address book has also disappeared, how do i get this information back?

Run commands
   cd ; find .thunderbird -print
and check if you see your folders.
Personally I used IMAP protocol, so I use my FAI as a backup.
