in 10.04 unable to find Thunberbird profiles.

I am unable to find the location of Thunderbird profiles and/or the profiles.ini file. They are not in the Home/User folder under ~./Thunderbird as in previous versions of Ubuntu. I moved a profile from XP and put it in the .Thunderbird folder. Editted the profiles.ini file, but Thunderbird did not use that ini file.

I made a mistake. It is using he ini file.
