Comment 38 for bug 861664

Well, as I said, my guess is that it may effect addons that "only" where updated "recently", like within weeks of the new patch. The bug may be happening before that UI appears, but the UI itself, in my case, just happened to catch that something went odd. I am not entirely certain which one though. Thinking on it.. I may have seen one, on shutdown, that said they where not compatible, then one on start, which showed "others" which where not up to date (legitimately), but not the ones that had gone missing, and *then* a message, telling me that something went badly wrong. But I am not 100% certain of the order.

But, now that you mention it, its likely the bug, and the initial list, happened in the process of the first one closing down. In any case, all the "lost" ones where, as with Chris, *recent*, and they all popped up, and without "incompatibility" messages, as soon as a new addon was put in the queue, and a new restart was done.
