A) I'm not exactly sure this is millions of users. Yes, we have reports in this bug but we aren't seeing widespread problems yet (admittedly could be due to a lag in feedback channels)

B) Does uninstalling a different add-on trigger the "hidden" ones to show up / reinstall as well?
