Can i change the file size (cause it is terribly _wrong_) in Thunar?

Asked by LAZA

I have a Xubuntu installation for some years and changed to Trusty some weeks ago.

A big difference is now, that the file size in Thunar is complete wrong/or the calculation itself.
e.g.:
0833 in Thunar: 1,0 GB
0833 in GNOME-Commander: 970,9 MB

Can i change the size always to MB (even the file is a lot smaller/bigger than 1 Megabyte)?
Is this a bug i should report?
