@Liviu Andronic, I use Thunar built from git sources with debugging enabled, not the Xubuntu PPA, and I cannot reproduce this bug. I've seen it once only.

I will set up a virtual machine with Xubuntu 14.04 and build all Xfce4 core components from git master with debugging enabled in order to see if I can reproduce it.

Could you do the same ? (https://github.com/LinuxMatt/xfce4-builder may help you)
