it is of benefit to read everything on the screen before you press forward or next.
i am guessing that you have erased your hard drive when you installed ubuntu.
however, on the desktop, press CTL+ALT+T to get into terminal. then type
sudo fdisk -l
that is a hypen followed by a lowercase L.
enter your password. it show not show on the screen.
copy and past the output here so we can see if you still have your other partitions on your hard drive.
