How can I help in improving the Italian translation of Tellico?

Hi,
I'm a newcomer in Ubuntu's world and I just found Tellico, a very useful application for me.
I'd like to have some advice in order to collaborate in an improved Italian translation of this fine app.
How can I do?

Right now, the Tellico project can't be translated through Launchpad, so you might have to contact the author and telling him you wish to help him translating.
