Windows Live account reports "Network Error"

I can't connect to my Windows Live account. Empathy reports a "Network Error".
I'm running Ubuntu 13.10 amd64, empathy 3.8.4-1ubuntu2 and telepathy-gabble 0.18.1-1.

I haven't tried amsn or emesene, but telepathy-kde does it too, that's why i thought it was a telepathy-gabble problem.
