Is this package going to be updated to 8.6.13 for 20.04? There are bug-fixes relevant to Ubuntu w/- MATE desktop and dark themes.

tcl8.6.10 is the current version. It will not be updated to tcl8.6.13

You can file a bug report requesting a backport for Ubuntu 20.04.
The package you would be requesting is from Ubuntu 23.04 Lunar.

Oops I meant Jammy 22.04, but the answer is still helpful. Thanks. I'll leave it for now anyway.
