systemd backporting issue #2376

systemd has an issue in regard to vacuuming remote journals: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/2376 - this affects 18.04 as this version still has this problem. Would it be possible to backport this trivial patch https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/13924 into 18.04?
