Thank you @ddstreet, I'm happy to see this as well. I'd like to get rid of the workaround I've been using for this issue:

# dpkg-divert --divert /etc/dhcp/dhclient-enter-hooks.d/resolved.DISABLED --rename /etc/dhcp/dhclient-enter-hooks.d/resolved
