Please be a little more specific. After the installation (at least at Ubuntu Feisty), you'll find the drupal configuration wizard at http://localhost/drupal/.

Check this steps for configure drupal:

if you install drupal in your local machine, use in the example the localhost http://localhost/somedirectory/
