Thanks for reporting, but this is not a bug -- this is "normal behaviour" -- system warns you, that you haven't gpg keys for some repositories...

You simply need to add the ppa gpg key, the easy way is:

Please open a Terminal from the menu Applications → Accessories → Terminal and type or better copy and paste a row a time, then press enter:

gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv 15A579BF113659DF
gpg --export --armor 15A579BF113659DF | sudo apt-key add -

Then retry to update your system.
