Need to uninstall operating system and reformat drive

I need to uninstall this UBUNTU operating system and reformat my hard drive, then re-install it. I CANNOT for the life of me find a way to get to a DOS prompt or a system tool that will allow this. PLEASE HELP!

Just insert the Install CD and follow the steps ;) In one step you will need to format your drive ;) As much as I know, there is no other posibilities tu uninstall Ubuntu...

What about using a Windows 98 Boot Disk....pop it in the floppy and boot to that.
Check out bootdisk.com

once the pc is booted to the floppy, there is a risky way to do it, but it works like a champ. Basically you use debug to overwrite the MFT

To reinstall Ubuntu, put the Install CD in your CD drive and reboot. If it does not boot from CD, you might have to change the boot order in your BIOS so that CD boots before the Hard Drive.
