Add pause button on Downloading Package Files?

I wonder how useful a pause feature might be for synaptic users, I find that synaptic uses all available bandwidth, so I have to run trickle. If I want to download something else urgently, then I usually have to cancel the download, a pause feature might be more helpful.

this would give issues like locking the packages and such but may be miplementable. Submit your idea and it will be considered.
