Not sure what your question is.. Do you have video or audio data you would like to play back?

I would like to have adobe or something like that . that shows videos I downloaded linux now have none of that because I do not have windows anymore.

OK, well you can install the video player "VLC", but there is a default one already installed, "totem". Its just under Applications->Sound and video->Movie player

You may need more codecs installed to play back specific media, such as ASF (rare-ish), or DVDs. Installing this is easy.
