How do I get pavucontrol loaded into my Synaptic Package Manager?

Beside Main, Multiverse, Restricted,
Universe repository should be enabled.
Synaptic -> Settings -> Repositories

Reload package cache, then type in search box: pavucontrol

Right click -> install
Apply.
Should appear in
Applications -> Sound & Video
