on Jammy 22.04.02 if installing via Synaptic

W: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file '/root/.synaptic/tmp//tmp_cl' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)

Its not first error by Synaptic on U22.04.

Change permission and owner no help.

I use CLI apt instead.
