How to Install "Sweet Home 3d" in Ubuntu 12.04

I tried through USC.
I also trioed through Synaptic Package Manager.
I also tried through terminal to install.
I also tried through wine using .exe files.
I also tried through following commands:

          sudo add-apt-repository ppa: upubuntu-com/graphics

           sudo apt-get update

           sudo apt-get install sweethome-3d

But I am unable to install the sweet home 3d.
Would you please show me the way HOW TO INSTALL "SWEET HOME 3D" ?

sudo add-apt-repository ppa: upubuntu-com/graphics

Not the space that yourcommand has after the colon, this will make it not work.

Sir,
I corrected the command as suggested by you. Thanks for the same.
The process of installation took place and installed too.
But it CRASHES as soon as its loading is initiated and thge icon on the bar initially flashes as if it will be launched just now but immediately after 5-6 flashes it disappears from launcher bar.
How to resolve this issue?

Try running the app from the terminal, the output may help. I suggest you contact the PPA maintainer.

THE OUT-PUT OF THE COMMAND 'apt-cache policy' IS AS UNDER.
COULD YOU THRAW SOME LIGHT ABOUT THE UNINSTALLATION OF 'Sweet Home 3D' TO HELP ME?

You could contact the PPA maintainer to see if they have plans to support Precise.

Problem of launching the sweethome3d is solved while upgrading the the Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 12.10
It works fine here in Ubuntu 12.10
