cannot install Microsoft vs code in ubuntu
Asked by
Huzefa Sadikot
Hello,
I downloaded the Microsoft vs code 1.26 on my ubuntu 64 bit virtual machine. To install it I referred to the following site:
https:/
Also, I looked additionally to other sites. One of the sites told me this:
1. Open the terminal
2. Navigate to the downloads folder
3. run the ls command
4. Find the deb file you downloaded
5. Run the command sudo dpkg -i and press to auto-complete it
I did exactly as mentioned but it showed me an error. After searching further I concluded that I had to install missing dependencies
using the command sudo apt -f install
The issue is that when i try to install dependencies the system shows me an error
Please help me how to solve this
