how do i install adobe flash player

i am trying to install adobe flash player and it keeps saying it keeps saying that im attempting to perform a task that requires privileges. authehntication is required i have no idea what this means or how to get password can u please help me......

i dont use one to log in i really have no idea what the password is is there away to find out what it could be

yes iam lol is there anyway to over ride the password i have never had this much trouble with anything

Please stop including text you're replying to, when you post.
