how can I upload a .deb file for this package for intrepid?

if the package is already created in the launchpad of intrepid, how can I upload the .deb so people can have it available on the intrepid repositories?

well, we upload our debs in here:

https://launchpad.net/subdownloader/+download

But we'd like to be able to get them from APT using the intrepid repository.

you have to become part of the MOTU team (masters of the universe) to get packages accepted into the ubuntu repositories, see: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU and https://edge.launchpad.net/~motu
