streamtuner crashes every time when you hit shoutcast tab - lucid x64

Is there a fix for this still unfixed problem? Streamtuner in lucid x64 crashes every time as you hit the shoutcast tab. Etc hosts has been updated with the IP address of www.shoutcast.com. What is wrong?

The above list does not work in lucid x64. Immediate crash when you hit "shoutcast" tab. Got rid of audacious, put xmms instead, does not help. Tunapie does not load any shoutcast categories at all. What is going on? Please help.
