Startup Manager will not change the default boot OS.

I am trying to change the default booting OS on a dual boot computer. The current default is Lubuntu but startup manager will not change it to Ubuntu even though I can make the change in startup manager, it will not change in GRUB.

About startupmanager , please fill a bug.
You can change directly Grub default in file /etc/default/grub. See https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2#Configuring_GRUB_2
