Squid3 TProxy support

Does the current Squid3 package 3.0.STABLE19, contain support for tproxy? Attempting to start the daemon with the tproxy option results in this error:

 * Starting Squid HTTP Proxy 3.0 squid3 FATAL: Bungled squid.conf line 879: http_port 3128 tproxy
Squid Cache (Version 3.0.STABLE19): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 0.007 seconds = 0.002 user + 0.005 sys
Maximum Resident Size: 0 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 0

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | grep squid

I didn't unconver any in my initial search. Though there are threads on the squid-users list indicating that Ubuntu has various issues with TPROXY.
