How to install squid proxy after fresh ubuntu installed (in built or not)

I installed ubuntu 9.04 now i want to install squid proxy server now my query is
1) Is this inbuilt in DVD's or not ?
2) If yes then how to install or how to find

Installing Squid is pretty easy: just open the Terminal and run this command:
sudo apt-get install squid

Packets which are not available on your local media will be downloaded from the internet automaticly.
