Following audio output device changes

Asked by phirestalker

I am on macOS. Most running applications will start outputting to a different audio device without issue once it is picked by the system (as long as the audio is paused). I can confirm that using QEMU without spice enabled allowed me to do this. However, when I try to change audio devices while using spice, it will sometimes change once (specifically from Bluetooth device disconnecting), but it will not change back to Bluetooth. I have tried to deliberately change the device and it will not follow it. I am not sure where this problem would be, but I figured I'd ask here.

Where should I file the bug? Is there a workaround for this problem to force it to recognize a new audio device on the host?

If you are not running Ubuntu, but MacOS, then you are wrong here.
In such case https://www.spice-space.org/ most probably is a better address to ask help.
That page mentions https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/groups/spice/-/issues for issues.
