* Use debhelper-compat instead of debian/compat.
[ Dmitry Shachnev ]
* Suggest texlive-plain-generic instead of texlive-generic-extra.
The latter package is no longer built, and iftex.sty is now shipped by
the former package.
* Backport upstream patch to fix test failure with docutils 0.15.
