speexclient line options

From which package is this?
I had a look at the source code from their svn, which isn't very clear either.
Apparently speexclient requires 4 options (or exit with that error message):

alsa device
hostname
local port
remote port

Do they make any sense to you?

            my problem has been solved but now i have an other problem, I have successfuly comlplied speex client for arcom whrn run it on arcom (./speexarm /dev/dsp 127.0.0.1 50000 50000 giving this command) it runs but voise doesn't play. and give errors like
An overrun has occured, reseting capture
cannot prepare audio interface for use (Broken pipe).
  any suggestion will be aceepted.
