Sound Juicer can do this:-

Applications --> Sound & Video --> Sound Juicer CD Extractor --> Edit (menu) --> Preferences --> Edit profiles.

Click New, then give the following details:-

Profile name: CD, Lossless (WAV)
Profile description: Used for ripping a CD to WAV
GStreamer Pipeline: audio/x-raw-int,rate=44100,channels=2 ! wavenc name=enc
File Extension: wav
Active: Ticked.

Click Ok, then close the "Edit GNOME Audio Profiles", then back in the "Preferences" dialog, choose the newly created "CD, Lossless (WAV)" profile and try to rip a CD.

I have not tested this but just guessed the settings so give it a test and let us know if it worked.
