Binary package hint: sound-juicer

I have no sound from my ubuntu program. cannot hear a sound what so ever.

Does
lsmod | grep ens1371
return anything?
If not, does
sudo modprobe ens1371
change anything?

Have you two audio cards...?

If yes please disable (using the BIOS setting) the motherbord audio card and try.

I have only one sound card and tried 'lamod' still not having any luck.
