no sound although all unmuted

i am a new user of ubuntu. just download everything from internet and would like to hear music cd. but no sound although i have unmuted the loudspeaker & co. could somebody help this new comer?

Hi !

please download this script http://bulletproof.servebeer.com/alsa/scripts/alsa-info.sh , run it by entering this command in a terminal (given you are in the right folder)

bash alsa-info.sh

and give a link to the report here
