SOSREPORT UBUNTU

HELLO

I need sosreport from 1 server IBM UBUNTU SERVER 16.04

I lunch the comand and collect all the information but i cant read the SRC in the error event , and i havent the error list in the sosreport
I launch the command SUDO sosreport
In linux redhat version is working and collect all the SRC and i can see all the event location of the hardaware

How can collect this information in ubuntu server?
