I can't install any software by Ubuntu Software Center: when i click on INSTALL BUTTON, it doesn't work.

Go to the system>asdmin>software sources and under ubuntu software check all except source and u+nder updates tab check first two boxes.Reload.Try again to install packages fro software center.If you still have probles let as know.you can also try to install packages fron system<admin>synasptic package manager.See if that way works.
