an error occured with the installation and removing software

Hallo,
there is a message:" it is impossible to install or remove any software. Please use the package manager synaptic or run "sudo apt-get install-f"to fix the issue." what can I do? I have tryed everything already. Thank you, Liza

close all package apps and run:

sudo apt-get -f install; sudo apt-get clean

Its a terminal command

Press ALT+F2
Type: gnome-terminal
Press enter
Paste the command to the terminal
press enter
copy the output and paste here

As actionparsnip mentioned, there is something broken due to a previous
install so you can run the commands in the terminal and then you should
be fine :)
