Ubuntu Software Center won't let me download anything

For some reason I can't find the install button, I've just installed Ubuntu and I'm trying to get nvidia drivers so that I can have a better display. Can anyone help?

Sorry figured it out an hour later, it finally figured out that it needed to update before I was trying to update but it wolden't work
