unable to comment

on the gui Ubuntu software there is a program called phpstorm I downloaded that program and it turned out to be a pay for program with 1 month free trial.

I would of liked to of known that before downloading and then having to remove it.
How do I add comments to the Ubuntu software GUI, should I wish.

Ok so not sure if it was added to the page or I failed to read it correctly. But it does state 1month trial.
