Problemas tras actualizar Ubuntu 16.04

Asked by Victor Javier on 2016-06-28

What is the output of the commands (to be executed in a terminal window):

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
LANG=C sudo apt-get update
LANG=C sudo apt-get install -f
LANG=C sudo dpkg --audit

sudo doesnt recognize password. Need to reset back to earlier version.

You have to be aware that you do not get any feedback on screen when typing the password for sudo (no echo, not even '*' placeholders). Just 'blind' type your password and press the 'enter' or 'return' key.

If you do not know your own password any more and want to set a new one, please follow the instructions in http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/resetpassword
