Hello, I can't speak english well,
I shall wish to reset my ubuntu one account in the software-center because I changed e-mail address and password in my ubuntu one ID and my softwares recommendations do not appear any more under the software-center.

I believe you just need to re-authenticate in Software Center with your new password.
