How to add icon to guest account, main account has the icon

As main account holder I need to add an icon to a guest account when the icon is on main account. When in guest account I launched service center selected the application and tried to move the icon by mousing, nothing happens. I cannot add the account directly.
Please help.

Didn't you try it using USER ACCOUNTS ?

If the steps are ok, then you will be asked to select an icon. You need not move the icon.
