then what to do?

First remove all configuration lines referring to precise in the /etc/apt/sources.list file.

You can also attempt to remove the 'precise' repositories via Ubuntu Software Sources.

Then please send us the Terminal output from step 9 in the following procedure:

Then reboot and retest.

It didn't work with me but I've found another way to install the program that I need (sudo apt-get) thanks anyway :))
