There is something wrong with your sources lists . What this maverick(10.10) has to do with precise (12.04) ?
Please give the results of the following command
find /etc/apt -name '*.list' -exec bash -c 'echo -e "\n$1\n"; cat -n "$1"' _ '{}' \;
Regards
NikTh

Because I don't want to give you 10 or 11 commands to remove all the false entries that you have in your sources lists , execute the commands below .. one by one.
sudo mv /etc/apt/
sudo mkdir /etc/apt/
sudo wget "http://
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo dpkg --configure -a
Above commands will REMOVE ALL your sources lists , all your repositories...(but will keep a backup in your home directory) so you if you want some of them (such as grub-customizer repository) you have to add them from start.

NikTh
