Have you installede flash player from the software center?

First open Software Center and go to "Edit" > "Software Sources" > "Other Software" and there make sure that "Canonical Partners " are marked (or else you must tick the box).

Then open a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T) and execute the commands below

    sudo apt-get update
    sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
    sudo apt-get install google-chrome-stable

Then open Google Chrome and should be OK.
