Third party repository ..How to fix it?

As i went through some previous posts I came across something /etc/apt/sources.list to find the third party repositories..Now that I was able to locate that but what should i do in it to remove or to resolve the third party issue...?

If this does not fix your issue ask again providing more details. Which repositories are causing problems etc.
