Recommendations in Ubuntu Software Center

Have you "Turned On" the Recommendations ?

If yes , and not work , then try the following commands in a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T)

rm -r .cache/software-center/
sudo update-software-center

Recommendations are turned on. When I click the button it says "sending software" and then is a blank white field. it asks me to turn on recommendations every time I open the program.

Ran the commands...didn't help.
